Digital Tapas Ltd, doing business as PPC.io (“we,” “us,” “our”), is a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company number SC792296). This policy explains when you can get your money back, how to ask, and what happens to your account when you do.
Payments are processed by Stripe for Digital Tapas Ltd / PPC.io. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method.
The short version: your first payment comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. You can cancel or pause any time in Settings. If a build comes out broken, we rebuild it free.
1. What you are buying
Postclick sells pages. One page is the audit, two design directions and the built page for one URL. We only count a page when its build completes and passes its checks.
- Subscriptions (Launch, Growth and Agency) include a number of pages each month. They are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in US dollars, and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Pay per page is a one-off purchase of one page, or a pack of three. One-off pages are valid for 12 months from purchase.
- Your first page is free and needs no card.
Tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. This covers the first payment on any plan, and a first Pay per page purchase.
After those 30 days, the rest of this policy applies.
3. Cooling-off period
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you also have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. The 30-day guarantee above is longer, so in practice it covers this.
4. Cancelling or pausing a subscription
Cancelling. Cancel any time in Settings, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, then move to Free. Your pages, code and audits stay yours.
Pausing. Instead of cancelling, you can pause for 1, 2 or 3 months in Settings. You are not charged while paused.
Refunds on a renewal. If a renewal catches you by surprise and you have not used the new period’s pages, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.
Partial months. We do not automatically pro-rate an unused part of a month or year, because you keep full access for the period you paid for. If your circumstances are unusual, ask us.
5. When a build fails
You should never pay for work that did not produce anything.
A page only counts when its build completes and passes its checks. If a build fails, it does not use a page, and you can rebuild it free. If a build completes but comes out broken, tell us and we will rebuild it free.
If a page was counted for a build that failed, that is a bug on our side. Tell us and we will put it back.
6. When the work is not what you hoped
Our audits and generated pages are produced by AI, and taste is subjective. Outside the 30-day guarantee, we do not refund purely because you dislike a design direction. Extra design rounds on a page are included, so you can ask for a different direction instead.
We do refund where the output is broken rather than merely not to your taste: a page that does not render, an audit that analysed the wrong site, results that are empty or obviously incoherent. If you are not sure which side of the line you are on, contact us and we will look at the actual run.
We also do not refund based on advertising performance. We give you a diagnosis and a page; we do not control your traffic, your offer, or your market, and we make no guarantee of conversion or revenue outcomes.
7. Bring-your-own-key plans
If you are on our bring-your-own-key plan, your own OpenAI and Anthropic accounts are billed directly by those providers for model usage, and your PPC.io subscription pays for the platform.
We can refund your PPC.io subscription under this policy. We cannot refund charges made by OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other third-party provider on your own account, as we never receive that money.
8. How to request a refund
Email support@ppc.io with the email address on the account and roughly when the charge happened. If it relates to a specific page, a link helps but is not required.
We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method, and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Your Stripe receipt email also contains a link with the details of any charge.
9. Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please email us first. We would much rather fix it or refund it than have you raise a dispute, and we can usually resolve it the same week.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the date you paid.
