AI tools for paid ads

👉 I painstakingly tested just about every AI advertising tool imaginable so you don't have to.

I was burning hours every week hunting for new tools.

LinkedIn posts mentioning "this AI tool changed everything for paid ads" and when I trial the tool, it's completely useless. Twitter threads with 47 replies about some marketing automation that "saves 10 hours a week" but no actual setup instructions. Reddit comments buried six levels deep about tools that actually work but with names I'd never heard of.

This list is for people in paid advertising specifically 😎

I absolutely hate reading through endless "Top 10 AI marketing tool" listicles that all feature the same tools everyone already knows about 🤬

So I decided to build my own list of tools - tried & tested tools in the AI space that are specifically helpful for people working in paid advertising & paid media.

Not general marketing, not content creation, not SEO, not email marketing.

But AI tools that will actually help you run better paid ad campaigns online - whether that's Meta ads, Google ads, TikTok ads - Whatever.

These are tools you'll want to seriously consider putting into your arsenal.

No fluff. No tools that "might be useful someday." Just the exact stack I wish someone had handed me 6 months ago when I was wasting time hunting through LinkedIn comments for tool recommendations.

I consider this the definitive list of AI tools that can actually move the needle & help paid advertisers in 2025.

It's a fluid list one I'll definitely be updating as undoubtedly more new tools come on the market as well in the coming weeks, months, years (AI moves insanely fast)

👉 I've organized everything into my top picks, search-specific tools, social-specific tools, and universal tools that work across multiple ad platforms. Each tool gets the same treatment: a quick "lowdown" section so you can instantly see if it's relevant to your setup, followed by the real details on pricing, features, and whether it's actually worth your time and money.

Overall Best Tools

Time to dive deeper into each of my overall 'best' tools now to show you exactly what they're capable of when it comes to paid ads...

1) Claude

Claude AI

🤖 The Lowdown on Claude

  • 👉 What does it do? - AI assistant that helps with ad strategy, ad copy, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
  • Best For - Literally any advertiser who needs help with creative briefs, performance analysis, or strategic decisions.
  • Pricing: Free tier available, paid plans from $20/month

Honestly, this has become my most-used tool. I probably interact with Claude 20+ times per day for everything from analyzing why a campaign's CPA spiked to writing creative briefs that don't suck.

The game changer with Claude

You can connect Claude to pretty much any tool or data imaginable.

For example, connect your Google ads or Meta ads account directly to Claude so you can ask questions like "how was my performance yesterday? any advice for optimizing my budget?"

If you just want a quick overview, you no longer need to open up Google ads and browse through mind numbing pages - just chat to Claude instead. It's been a game changer for me!

I've tried doing something similar with ChatGPT, but in every single experiment and test I've ran for paid advertising tasks, Claude just wins hands down.

I still use ChatGPT for mostly daily & personal life, but for professional life (paid ads stuff) I'm a massive Claude fanboy. Trust me, once you try Claude and discover its powers, you'll never go back.

Pricing: Free tier available, paid plans from $20/month

2) PPC.io

ppcio

🤖 The Lowdown on PPC.io

  • 👉 What does it do? - AI agents for paid advertising agencies. Everything from landing page analysis to keyword expansion ideas & client reporting.
  • Best For - PPC agencies with lots of clients who want consistently incredible results on their ad campaigns.
  • Pricing - $0 up to $99 per month

This is where AI agents transform how agencies operate.

PPC.io gives agencies dedicated AI specialists that handle the heavy lifting across client accounts. These agents don't just optimize ads - they analyze entire campaign ecosystems, spot scaling opportunities, and generate client ready reports that typically take hours of manual work.

E.G. You can run Google ads AI agents that will look at the entire search term history of your account and give you insanely intelligent and humanistic report on how to optimize.

Everything runs through natural language commands. Your team can delegate complex analysis and strategy work to AI agents without wrestling with complicated dashboards or training on new tools. It's like having expert analysts available 24/7 for every client account.

3) Zapier

zapier ai ads

🤖 The Lowdown on Zapier

  • 👉 What does it do? - AI-powered automation platform that connects apps and creates intelligent workflows
  • Best For - Agencies and advertisers who want smart automation that actually understands context
  • Pricing - Free for basic automations, paid plans from $19.99/month

This isn't just connecting apps anymore - Zapier has become an AI automation powerhouse.

Zapier is making moves in AI

Most people think of Zapier as a pretty oldschool solution.

But they're going full 100% on AI - their founder is incredibly bullish on AI.

And I think because they have such an amazing team and technology, they're honestly so much better and more reliable than most of the other 'shiny' systems out there like N8N.

Don't sleep on Zapier!

The platform now deploys AI agents that can understand complex business logic, make decisions based on context, and even interact with external systems through MCP servers. Instead of rigid if-this-then-that rules, you get intelligent workflows that adapt to different scenarios and handle edge cases automatically.

The AI features let you describe what you want in plain English, and Zapier builds the automation for you. Plus, the MCP integration means your automations can tap into external data sources and services seamlessly. It's evolved from simple data plumbing into a genuine AI workforce that handles the repetitive thinking work, not just the repetitive clicking.

4) Microsoft Clarity

microsoft clarity

🤖 The Lowdown on Microsoft Clarity

  • 👉 What does it do? - Heatmap & Website behavior (shows exactly how users navigate your site) + it has ChatGPT automatically connected for insights
  • Best For - Anyone driving paid traffic to landing pages or websites
  • Pricing - Completely 100% free - you're insane if you don't use this as a paid advertiser

Free tool that's actually better than most paid alternatives. The AI Copilot feature lets you ask questions like "why are users bouncing on mobile?" and get specific answers with supporting data. I've been telling so many PPC people about this and it blows their mind.

I've caught conversion tracking issues, identified mobile UX problems, and spotted bot traffic patterns using this.

The session recordings are addictive to watch - you'll understand your funnel problems in 10 minutes of watching real user behavior.

5) Apify

apify ai

🤖 The Lowdown on Apify

  • 👉 What does it do? - Web scraping powerhouse that I've hooked up directly to Claude for competitor ad research
  • Best For - Advertisers who want to automate competitive intelligence and feed fresh data straight into Claude for analysis
  • Pricing - Free tier available, paid plans from $49/month

Here's my actual workflow: I've got Apify scraping my competitors' Meta ads weekly, then Claude analyzes all that creative data to spot trends, angles, and copy patterns I can adapt. Instead of manually scrolling through Facebook Ad Library for hours, Apify pulls everything automatically - ad copy, creative assets, targeting hints, engagement metrics - then Claude breaks it down into actionable insights.

The integration is where this gets powerful. Claude can spot patterns across hundreds of competitor ads that I'd never catch manually - like seasonal messaging shifts, new product positioning, or emerging creative formats. I've caught competitors testing new angles weeks before they scaled them, giving me a head start on creative strategy. The setup takes some technical work initially, but once it's running, it's like having an advertising research assistant that never sleeps.

AI Tools for Paid Search

This next section will dive specifically into all the AI tools you might want to consider for paid search activities - particularly Google ads.

6) Opteo

opteo

🤖 The Lowdown on Opteo

  • 👉 WHAT DOES IT DO? - Automated Google Ads optimization and monitoring
  • 👉 BEST FOR - Google Ads managers handling multiple accounts

AI-powered Google Ads management that actually understands context. Unlike basic rules-based automation, Opteo's AI considers seasonality, account history, and performance trends before making changes.

I also really love the clean & calming interface - feels much nicer than Google ads!

Pricing: From $99/month per account

7) Optmyzr

Optmyzr

🤖 The Lowdown on Optmyzr

  • 👉 WHAT DOES IT DO? - Advanced automation and optimization suite for Google Ads
  • 👉 BEST FOR - Enterprise-level Google Ads management

Comprehensive platform for large-scale Google Ads management. The AI handles bid management, ad testing, keyword expansion, and budget allocation across multiple accounts.

Pricing: Expect to pay on average $500+ per month - Custom pricing based on ad spend

8) 30chars.com

30chars

🤖 The Lowdown on 30 Chars

  • 👉 WHAT DOES IT DO? - Optimizes Google Ads text to fit character limits perfectly
  • 👉 BEST FOR - Creating Google Ads copy that maximizes available space

I love AI tools like this, that does one job incredibly well.

30characters is an AI tool that helps you craft high performing Google Ads headlines and descriptions. Pretty simple tool but works incredibly well!

Pricing: $6/month - love it

9) PPCSpyBot

PPC Spy Bot

🤖 The Lowdown on PPC Spy Bot

  • 👉 WHAT DOES IT DO? - Competitive intelligence for Google Ads and search campaigns
  • 👉 BEST FOR - Researching competitor search strategies and finding new opportunities

I love this because it was built by an indie builder who's actually in the trenches of Google ads.

It monitors competitor Google Ads, tracks their keywords, ad copy, and landing pages. AI identifies patterns and opportunities in competitive data.

Pricing: You can test it 100% free! Plans start around $39/month

10) Blobr.io

Blobr google ads

🤖 The Lowdown on Blobr.io

  • 👉 What does it do? - AI "twins" of top Google Ads experts that audit your campaigns 24/7
  • Best For - Advertisers who want expert-level optimizations without hiring expensive consultants
  • Pricing - Tiered based on monthly ad spend (free trial available)

They're a newcomer in the AI tools space for Google ads.

They studied how top PPC experts work and built AI versions that replicate their methods. Your AI twin spots trends, finds wasted spend, and generates weekly action plans with ready-to-upload bulk edit files.

What's solid: purpose-built for specific tasks like negative keyword identification and bid optimization, not another generic AI tool. The bulk file exports save tons of manual work - implement hundreds of optimizations with a few clicks. 24/7 monitoring catches opportunities I'd miss in manual reviews.

Been testing it and the keyword recommendations alone have cleaned up my search term quality. Not revolutionary, but definitely worth the time savings.

11) LeadUp

leadup app

🤖 The Lowdown on LeadUp

  • 👉 What does it do? - AI-powered agency platform that automates Google Ads auditing and call analysis
  • Best For - Agencies that want to use AI to automate all their keyword work + showing call lead quality to clients
  • Pricing - Starts at $40 per month

This thing is built by a solo Google ads founder who got sick of the same manual tasks we all hate. The search term auditing is where it shines - their AI can process hundreds of search terms and flag the garbage ones automatically before they start costing you.

The call analysis feature is really cool.  It automatically reviews your Google Local Services calls, identifies which ones are actually quality leads vs. time-wasters, and helps you dispute invalid charges.

The learning curve isn't bad if you're already running agencies at scale, but this definitely isn't a beginner tool. It's for agencies already managing serious ad spend who want to automate the tedious parts so they can focus on strategy instead of busywork.

AI Tools for Paid Social

Now we're going to get into all of the juicy tools you can use to level up paid social campaigns for Facebook (Meta) ads, TikTok ads, and LinkedIn ads in particular.

12) Arcads.ai

Arcads AI

🤖 The Lowdown on Arcads.ai

  • 👉 What does it do? - Creates AI-generated UGC video ads with 'human' feeling avatars
  • Best For - E-commerce brands and agencies creating video ads at scale
  • Pricing - Plans start around $39/month for basic usage

The AI actors don't look 100% real yet - there's still that weird glitchy thing happening. But for testing multiple video variations quickly, it's genuinely useful.

I've seen agencies get solid results using these for initial testing before investing in real actors for winners. Best use case is creating multiple versions of the same script with different avatars to see what resonates. The 2-3 week production time for traditional video becomes 2-3 hours.

13) Foreplay.co

Foreplay

🤖 The Lowdown on Foreplay.co

  • 👉 What does it do? - Creative research tool that tracks and analyzes competitor ads
  • Best For - Creative teams and media buyers looking for ad inspiration and ideas
  • Pricing - Plans start around $49/month

Foreplay doesn't really market itself as an AI tool, but it 100% is.

They have some insane tools within their platform, and if you have the budget I probably wouldn't recommend anything better for paid social ad inspiration.

The database is actually comprehensive and the filtering works properly - you can find ads by industry, objective, and performance indicators. I use it weekly for creative briefs and competitive analysis. The "similar ads" feature is hit-or-miss, but the core database saves hours of manual Facebook Ad Library searching. Worth it just for the time savings.

14) AdCreative AI

adcreative ai

🤖 The Lowdown on AdCreative.ai

  • 👉 What does it do? - Generates ad creatives optimized for conversions
  • Best For - Quick & cheap creative variations when you're out of ideas
  • Pricing - Plans start around $29/month

Let's be honest - this tool is mostly background swapping and text overlays. For all their marketing, it's not very impressive. You upload your product image, it generates variations with different backgrounds, colors, and copy arrangements.

However it does work for rapid testing. The "AI-predicted performance scores" are basically meaningless, but the tool does spit out usable variations quickly. Good for when you need 20 creative variations by end of day, not so much for breakthrough creative work.

15) Creatify

🤖 The Lowdown on Creatify.ai

  • 👉 What does it do? - AI video ad creation for social platforms
  • Best For - E-commerce brands creating video ads for Meta and TikTok
  • Pricing - Plans start $33/mo - which is certainly cheaper than human UGC content

Incredibly similar concept to Arcads. The AI avatars here look slightly more natural for UGC-style content, but you're still not fooling anyone into thinking these are real people. Better for product demos and explainer videos than testimonials. I've seen it work well for testing video concepts before investing in real creators.

16) Pencil

trypencil

🤖 The Lowdown on Pencil

  • 👉 What does it do? - AI-powered creative generation + optimization
  • Best For - E-commerce brands scaling creative production
  • Pricing - Custom pricing based on usage

This is a much more sophisticated version of AdCreative AI, but they don't do 'human' UGC avatar type ads like Arcads or Creatify do.

Pencil actually analyzes your existing top performers and generates new variations based on what's working. The brand asset management is solid too. The performance prediction is hit-or-miss, but the creative generation saves real time.

Works best when you feed it plenty of existing creative data to learn from.

17) Birch (Revealbot)

birch revealbot

🤖 The Lowdown on Birch (formerly Revealbot)

  • 👉 What does it do? - Advanced automation for Meta ads campaigns
  • Best For - Meta advertisers running complex campaigns with multiple variables
  • Pricing - Plans start around $49/month

This is the most powerful Meta automation tool I've used. Way more sophisticated than Facebook's native rules. You can create complex conditional logic like "if CPA increases 40% over 3-day average AND spend exceeds $500, then decrease budget by 25%."

Learning curve is steep and it can definitely break things if you set up bad rules. But once you understand it, you can automate most routine optimizations. Essential for anyone managing 50+ ad sets.

18) Icon.om

icon.com

🤖 The Lowdown on Icon.com

  • 👉 What does it do? - AI creative generation for display and social ads
  • Best For - Agencies needing high-volume creative production
  • Pricing - You pay depending on what features you need

Icon frames itself as basically an AI CMO / AI version of ChatGPT.

The output quality varies - sometimes you get decent variations, other times it's obviously AI-generated. Best used for rapid ideation and testing concepts rather than final creative assets. The bulk generation features are useful for agencies that need to produce dozens of creative variations quickly.

19) SuperAds.ai

superads

🤖 The Lowdown on SuperAds AI

  • 👉 What does it do? - AI-powered creative optimization for social media advertising
  • Best For - Social media marketers optimizing creative performance
  • Pricing - Subscription-based around $79/month

From Superside (a well known design agency)

The tool analyzes your existing ad creatives and suggests improvements based on performance data. The AI identifies which creative elements drive better results - colors, layouts, text placement, etc.

It's more analytical than generative, which I actually prefer. The insights are genuinely helpful for understanding what makes creatives work, though the suggestions can be hit-or-miss.

20) Descript

descript

🤖 The Lowdown on Descript

  • 👉 What does it do? - Video and podcast editing with AI features
  • Best For - Creating video ads and editing content for social campaigns
  • Pricing - Free tier available, paid plans from $15/month

OK, it's not strictly just for ads but if you're creating and editing any video ads your team needs to have this tool.

The "edit video like text" thing actually works. Upload a video, it transcribes everything, then you edit by deleting/rearranging text and the video follows. Game-changing for video ad production.

The AI voice cloning is impressive but feels ethically weird. The overdub feature (removing filler words) saves hours on video cleanup. Worth it just for the time savings on basic edits.

AI Tools for CRO and Landing Pages

We all know that running really great ads is just one part of the puzzle.

If your landing pages suck, then it doesn't matter how good your ads are.

So these are some incredible AI-powered tools that can help level up your landing page and CRO game.

21) Landing Rabbit

Landingrabbit

🤖 The Lowdown on Landing Rabbit

  • 👉 What does it do? - Create landing pages with AI by feeding context
  • Best For - Performance marketers who want landing page iterations fast
  • Pricing - Plans start $39/month

I really love how creative this tool is. You literally just need to add some 'context' and Landing Rabbit will create a ridiculously good landing page for you. Very cool and from a solo builder as well!

22) Unbounce

Unbounce

🤖 The Lowdown on Unbounce

  • 👉 What does it do? - Personalizes landing pages based on ad keywords and user data
  • Best For - Improving ad relevance and Quality Score for search campaigns
  • Pricing - Starts at $74 per month

Unbounce is an OG in the landing page builder space, and they're moving towards AI.

You can dynamically change landing page content based on the keyword that triggered your ad. Improves Quality Score and conversion rates by maintaining message consistency. BUT, setup is technical and requires developer involvement - As is the case with all landing page builders to be honest.

23) Wisepops

wisepops

🤖 The Lowdown on Wisepops

  • 👉 What does it do? - Onsite marketing platform for popups, web push notifications, and personalized banners
  • Best For - E-commerce brands wanting to convert visitors and build email lists without coding
  • Pricing - Plans start around $49/month based on monthly pageviews

The drag-and-drop builder is genuinely solid - you can launch a cart recovery campaign in about 10 minutes. The AI product recommendations work surprisingly well for upsells, though the targeting can get overwhelming with 30+ options.

I've seen brands recover 15-25% more abandoned carts using their web push notifications, which is impressive since most visitors never give their email. The ready-made campaign templates (cart recovery, FOMO, exit-intent) save tons of time compared to building from scratch.

Main limitation: pricing scales with pageviews, so high-traffic sites get expensive fast. Also, some users complain the interface can be clunky when managing multiple campaigns.

24) Fibr.ai

fibr ai

🤖 The Lowdown on Fibr.ai

  • 👉 What does it do? - AI-powered CRO platform that creates personalized landing pages for every ad/keyword/audience
  • Best For - Performance marketers tired of sending all traffic to the same generic landing page
  • Pricing - Starts at $239/mo

The message-matching concept is solid - automatically creating landing page variations that match your ad copy saves massive time.

The three AI agents (LIV for personalization, MAX for A/B testing, AYA for monitoring) work surprisingly well together. Setup is genuinely 5 minutes through their integrations.

Limitation: Still feels early-stage. But for paid traffic at scale, the 1:1 personalization actually works - especially for lead gen where message match directly impacts conversion quality.

Seeing big potential here.

25) AB Tasty

wisepops

🤖 The Lowdown on AB Tasty

  • 👉 What does it do? - Enterprise AI experiments for CRO
  • Best For - Large companies running sophisticated tests across web and mobile
  • Pricing - Custom pricing - Expensive

This is the "enterprise-grade" option that bigger brands actually use. The visual editor is genuinely powerful - you can run complex multivariate tests without touching code. Their EmotionsAI feature analyzes visitor sentiment in real-time, which sounds gimmicky but promising.

26) Pathmonk.com

pathmonk

🤖 The Lowdown on Pathmonk

  • 👉 What does it do? - AI-powered website personalization that shows real-time, behavior-based experiences to each visitor
  • Best For - E-commerce and lead gen sites wanting to boost conversions without A/B testing complexity
  • Pricing - From $450/mo which is pretty spicy 🌶️

The cookieless approach is actually clever - tracks behavior patterns without traditional cookies, which future-proofs you for privacy changes. Setup is genuinely plug-and-play through WordPress/Shopify integrations.

27) Black Crow AI

black crow AI

🤖 The Lowdown on Black Crow AI

  • 👉 What does it do? - AI-generated storefronts that automatically match your ad creative and copy for seamless post-click experiences
  • Best For - Ecommerce DTC marketers tired of sending premium ad traffic to generic product pages
  • Pricing - Custom pricing (hidden on website)

I heard about this on a podcast with Sabri Suby and was intrigued - And it's genuinely really cool - specifically for Ecommerce brands.

You spend thousands perfecting your Meta ads, then dump all that traffic onto a boring product page that kills the vibe. Their "Storefronts" fix this by auto-generating shopping experiences that feel like extensions of your actual ads.

The AI analyzes your ad creative, copy, and audience to build matching landing pages in under 2 minutes. No coding, no templates, no dev work.

The mobile performance is legitimately fast - hosted through Shopify's App Proxy so it bypasses all the bloated code that usually slows things down. Built-in A/B testing lets you compare storefronts vs your regular PDPs without breaking your ad campaigns.

4) Reporting & Attribution AI Tools

Attribution and PPC reporting is such an incredibly difficult job for paid media professionals.

Often you'll be running paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms with huge budgets, and it's insanely difficult to know how to tie it all together into seamless report that paint an accurate picture of what platforms are responsible for driving revenue.

Fortunately, there are some pretty great AI tools out there to help with this very problem as we'll see below.

28) Triple Whale

triple whale

🤖 The Lowdown on Triple Whale

  • 👉 What does it do? - E-commerce attribution and analytics platform
  • Best For - E-commerce brands tracking performance across multiple ad platforms
  • Pricing - Custom but super expensive - Like $1k+/mo

Attribution that actually works post-iOS 14, and they're build some very interesting looking AI agents. The algorithmic modeling isn't perfect, but it's way more accurate than platform-native attribution. Seeing true ROAS across channels changed how we allocate budget for a previous client. Setup takes time and requires technical integration.

29) Adzviser

adzviser

🤖 The Lowdown on Adzviser

  • 👉 What does it do? - Chat with your marketing data using ChatGPT/Claude instead of building complex dashboards
  • Best For - Marketers who want quick data answers without learning another analytics tool
  • Pricing - Starts at $39/mo

The "talk to your data" concept actually works. Instead of building dashboards or writing SQL, you just ask "Which campaigns drove the most revenue last month?" and get actual answers from your connected accounts.

I've used it for quick Google Ads analysis and it's genuinely faster than logging into the platform. The ChatGPT integration pulls relevant metrics and gives context, not just raw numbers. Connects to Google Sheets and Looker Studio so you can export insights without copy-pasting.

The pricing is refreshingly honest - pay per data source, not per seat or query. Small team managing multiple Google Ads accounts? Still counts as one source. The "100% made in USA, no sleazy sales team" positioning feels authentic for a bootstrapped company.

30) DreamData.io

dreamdata

🤖 The Lowdown on DreamData.io

  • 👉 What does it do? - B2B attribution and analytics powered by AI
  • Best For - B2B companies tracking long sales cycles and multi-touch attribution
  • Pricing - Plans start $750/mo 🌶️

This is built specifically for B2B attribution challenges - tracking prospects through long sales cycles across multiple touchpoints.

The AI identifies which marketing activities actually influence deals, not just last-click attribution. The setup requires some technical work, but the insights into B2B customer journeys are genuinely valuable. Still much more affordable than other enterprise solutions out there that run $3k+ /month.

5) Click Fraud AI Tools

Google ads click fraud is a serious problem people need to wake up to.

And in general, I think most paid media professionals need to pay more attention to click fraud, because the ad platforms don't seem to care.

Here are some cool AI tools in the space that I really like.

31) Lunio.ai

lunio

🤖 The Lowdown on Lunio AI

  • 👉 What does it do? - Click fraud prevention and protection
  • Best For - Any advertiser concerned about fraudulent clicks and conversions
  • Pricing - Based on % of ad spend.

Focused on blocking out competitor and bot traffic. The real-time blocking works, though you'll see some false positives that require whitelist adjustments. The reporting is detailed enough to see specific fraud patterns. Worth it if you're seeing suspicious click activity or running in competitive industries.

32) Traffic Guard AI

Traffic Guard AI

🤖 The Lowdown on Traffic Guard AI

  • 👉 What does it do? - Advanced ad fraud protection across all platforms
  • Best For - Large advertisers dealing with sophisticated fraud attempts
  • Pricing - 2% of Google ad spend

More enterprise-focused than Lunio with advanced fraud detection algorithms. It catches more sophisticated fraud patterns that basic tools miss - like coordinated bot networks and advanced click farms. The reporting is incredibly detailed, showing exactly what types of fraud attempts were blocked. Expensive but worth it if you're spending serious money and seeing significant fraud issues.

6) Other AI Tools For Paid Ads

These are some other tools that myself and friends use in our paid ads workflows as well.

33) GPT For Work

gpt for work

🤖 The Lowdown on GPTforwork

  • 👉 What does it do? - Runs ChatGPT inside Google sheets
  • Best For - Anyone doing analysis in Google Workspace
  • Pricing - Plans start cheap from $20 credits

Adds ChatGPT AI capabilities directly into Google Sheets and Docs. I love using it for stuff like heavy keyword analysis. Generally, it's incredibly useful for paid marketers doing lots of client reporting and analysis in Google Sheets.

34) Poppy AI

Poppy AI

🤖 The Lowdown on Poppy AI

  • 👉 What does it do? - Visual workspace to analyze competitor videos, ads, and content all at once instead of switching between tabs
  • Best For - Paid advertisers doing competitive research and creative brainstorming
  • Pricing - $399/year (to be honest I hate yearly subscriptions)

Think Figma meets AI for research. Drag competitor YouTube videos, their landing pages, and ad creative onto one canvas, then ask "What messaging themes are working?" across everything simultaneously.

Perfect for creative research - instead of watching hours of competitor content, just dump it all in and ask specific questions. I've used it to spot patterns across competitor ads that would take forever to find manually.

The visual approach actually makes sense for advertisers who need to connect dots between what competitors are doing in video content vs their actual ads. No more juggling 20 browser tabs trying to piece together competitive intelligence.

35) Akkio AI

Akkio

🤖 The Lowdown on Akkio

  • 👉 What does it do? - AI that analyzes your campaign data and tells you what's actually working (and why)
  • Best For - Agencies drowning in campaign data who need quick answers for client reports
  • Pricing - Contact for pricing (agency-focused)

Think "ChatGPT for your campaign data." Instead of manually digging through Google Ads and Facebook reports, you just ask "Why did CPM spike last week?" and get actual answers with context.

Built specifically for media buying - understands ad terminology, campaign structures, and agency workflows. So when you ask about performance, it gives you actionable insights, not generic spreadsheet analysis.

Main use case: Agencies who spend hours each week creating client reports and campaign analysis. This automates the "figure out what happened and why" part of account management.

If you have any feedback on any of the tools on this list or recommendations I've missed - I'd genuinely love to hear from you!

Drop me a message here and I'll get back to you.
