Cover reading Unbounce alternatives without the visitor caps, beside stacked page cards on a dark background

Unbounce’s $29 plan allows 500 visitors a month. A Google Ads campaign spending $50 a day at $3 a click sends that many people in a month with room to spare, and then the page stops.

That cap is why people who run ads look for Unbounce alternatives. The builder is good. The testing tools are the best in this group. The pricing was written for people who host a page and wait, and ads do not wait. I read every number on this page from each vendor’s site on 30 August 2026.

👉 The short version

Work out your visitors first: monthly ad budget divided by cost per click. Then pick the plan whose cap sits above it. Swipe Pages gives 20,000 visitors and A/B testing for $29. Leadpages gives unlimited visitors for $99. Postclick fixes the page you already have, free to start, and never counts a visitor because it does not host.

The visitor cap sum

Every builder except Leadpages and Carrd sells by visitors. So the first thing to do is count yours, and the sum is short.

Take the monthly ad budget. Divide it by the cost per click. Across the 53 US Search accounts I can see with $1,000 or more of spend, the median cost per click is $4.34, so use that if you do not know yours. A $3,000 budget at $4.34 is 691 visitors a month. A $10,000 budget is 2,304. A $30,000 budget is 6,912. Add a third for organic and direct traffic to the same page.

The visitor cap sum at the $4.34 median cost per click: $3,000 a month is 691 visitors, $10,000 is 2,304, $30,000 is 6,912, $100,000 is 23,041

Unbounce plans in 2026: Starter $29 with 500 visitors, Build $99 with 20,000, Experiment $149 with unlimited A/B tests, Optimize $249

What Unbounce actually costs for paid traffic

Unbounce has four plans . Starter is $29 for five pages, 500 visitors, one user and one domain. Build is $99 for unlimited pages, 20,000 visitors, popups, sticky bars and AI copywriting. Experiment is $149 for 30,000 visitors, three users, two domains and unlimited A/B testing. Optimize is $249 for 50,000 visitors, five users, three domains and Smart Traffic, the AI routing that sends each visitor to the version most likely to convert. Annual billing takes about a quarter off.

So the plan a paid-traffic account really needs is Experiment at $149, because a page you cannot test is a page you are guessing at. That is the number to compare the alternatives against. Not $29.

The trial is 14 days with no card, which is fair, and you get the full plan during it.

Entry plans compared across seven tools: price, visitors a month, whether the plan can split test, and the trial

Six Unbounce alternatives

1) Swipe Pages, the same job at $29 with testing included

Swipe Pages is $29 for unlimited pages, 20,000 visitors, one domain, five team members and server-side A/B testing. Marketer is $69 for 50,000 visitors and five domains. Agency is $149 for 500,000 visitors, unlimited domains and client sub-accounts. Overage is $5 per 5,000 visits. The trial is 14 days with no card.

Against Unbounce Experiment at $149 that is the same testing capability for a fifth of the price, with 20,000 visitors instead of 30,000. The editor is simpler and the template library is smaller. For most ad accounts that is a trade worth making.

2) Leadpages, unlimited traffic at $99

Leadpages Grow is $99 with unlimited traffic, manual A/B testing and dynamic text replacement. Optimize at $199 adds Smart Traffic and heatmaps. The trial is seven days.

If your account spends enough that caps are the problem, this is the clean answer. There is no cap. The testing is manual on Grow, which means you split the traffic yourself and read the result, and that is fine for most people. The Leadpages alternatives post has the other side of this comparison.

What A/B testing costs per month across six builders, from $29 on Swipe Pages to $199 on Instapage

3) Instapage, when the client is paying

Instapage is $99 for Create with 15,000 visitors and no testing, and $199 for Optimize with 30,000 or 50,000 visitors, server-side testing, scheduling and dynamic text. Convert is custom-priced for enterprise features.

Optimize at $199 is the direct rival to Unbounce Experiment at $149 and Optimize at $249. Instapage’s editor and collaboration tools are stronger. Unbounce’s Smart Traffic is better than anything Instapage offers below enterprise. If a client is paying and the pages need to look expensive, Instapage. More on that in the Instapage alternatives post .

4) Landingi, $24 if you can live with 2,000 visitors

Landingi Build is $24 a month on annual billing for ten pages and 2,000 visitors. Optimize at $119 gives 100 pages, 30,000 visitors and server-side testing. Scale starts at $229.

Two thousand visitors is a small campaign. At the median $4.34 click that is $8,680 of ads a month, so a lot of small businesses fit. Above that, the $119 plan is close to Unbounce Experiment and the choice comes down to the editor.

5) Carrd, for the page that never changes

Carrd Pro Standard is $19 a year for ten sites with custom domains and forms, no cap and no testing. If you run one campaign to one page and want to stop paying $1,788 a year for Experiment, this hosts the page for the price of four clicks.

6) Postclick, the option that does not count visitors

I built Postclick , so this is the section to read with your guard up.

Postclick does not host pages, so it has no visitor cap and no monthly hosting bill. It audits the page your ads already point at and lists every leak, ranked by what it costs you. It then designs two better versions in your brand and builds the one you pick as a complete HTML page. You put that file wherever you like: your own site, Cloudflare, Netlify, or one of the builders above.

A Postclick audit overview: a score out of 100, the leaks found on the page, and the fixes ranked by trust and persuasion

An audit is 18 credits. Two designs are 20. A build is 60. The free plan is 56 credits for 30 days with no card, which covers three full audits. Paid plans are $9 for 90 credits, $29 for 300 and $99 for 1,100 , so $29 takes three pages all the way from audit to a finished build.

Postclick credits: 18 for an audit, 20 for two designs, 60 for the build, 56 free to start

It does not run split tests and it has no drag-and-drop editor. If your process is to build many pages and test them constantly, use Swipe Pages or Unbounce. If your process is to have a few pages that work, this is the cheaper path, and I use it on my own client pages before I touch anything else.

If you would rather have the audit, the fix and the A/B test run for you, that is the conversion rate optimization service , and the first audit is free either way.

How I would choose

  1. Under 2,000 visitors a month and a small budget. Landingi at $24 a year-plan, or Carrd at $19 a year if you never test.
  2. Up to 20,000 visitors and you want to test. Swipe Pages at $29.
  3. You want Smart Traffic style routing. Unbounce Optimize at $249, or Leadpages Optimize at $199 with no cap.
  4. Agency pages that have to look expensive. Instapage Optimize at $199.
  5. The page exists and the ads are on. Audit it free with Postclick before you move it anywhere.

Whatever you pick, run the page through the six checks I use on every landing page before it goes live, and look at the 54 real pages in the examples library if you want to see what a converting page in your industry looks like.

Two mistakes that cost more than the plan

Moving to a cheaper builder and losing the conversion tag. The tag lives on the old page, the new page goes live without it, and Google Ads bids blind for two weeks. Move the tag in the same hour you move the page. The conversion tracking audit checks it fired.

Hitting the cap mid-month. Each builder handles overage differently. Swipe Pages charges $5 per 5,000 visits; the others prompt an upgrade. Read the rule for the plan you pick before the month you pass it, and buy the tier above your sum.

What is the cheapest Unbounce alternative with A/B testing?
Swipe Pages. Its $29 Startup plan includes server-side A/B testing and 20,000 visitors a month. Unbounce charges $149 for its first plan with A/B testing. Prices read on 30 August 2026.
How many visitors does Unbounce allow?
500 a month on Starter at $29, 20,000 on Build at $99, 30,000 on Experiment at $149 and 50,000 on Optimize at $249. Divide your monthly ad budget by your cost per click to see which tier you need. At the $4.34 median CPC I see across US Search accounts, $10,000 of ads is about 2,300 visitors.
Is Leadpages cheaper than Unbounce?
For paid traffic, usually. Leadpages Grow is $99 with unlimited visitors and manual A/B testing. The Unbounce plan with A/B testing is $149 with a 30,000-visitor cap. Unbounce's testing and Smart Traffic are stronger, and it has a 14-day trial against Leadpages' seven.
Does Unbounce have a free plan?
No. Unbounce has a 14-day free trial with no card required, then plans from $29 to $249 a month. Postclick has a free plan of 56 credits with no card, enough for three landing page audits.
Can I keep my landing page if I leave Unbounce?
Only as an export you rebuild elsewhere; Unbounce hosts the page. Postclick builds pages as complete HTML files you own, so the page moves with you to any host. That is the main reason I use it for pages an ad budget depends on.
